Refund policy

Made-to-order pieces. Printed pieces are made in your chosen colors after you order, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on them once production has begun. Dimensions for every item are listed on the product page and in the listing images — please check them carefully before ordering.

Glass vases. Our clear glass cylinder vases ship from stock and can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Email us at hello.divoire@gmail.com before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address.

Fur is final sale. Rabbit fur pelts and fur-wrapped pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. Each hide is a natural skin, so colour, size, shape and markings vary piece to piece — that is normal and not a defect.

If something arrives wrong. Whichever kind of piece it is, if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello.divoire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
