Everything you might want to know before you order — production times, shipping, materials, and how personalization works. If your question isn’t here, send us a note at the bottom of the page.

Printed pieces are made to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for production. Glass vases and fur pieces are held in stock and usually ship within 1–2 business days. USPS Ground Advantage then takes 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the studio.

Shipping is a flat USPS Ground Advantage rate based on weight and region, shown at checkout before you pay, and is free on orders of $75 or more (Alaska and Hawaii: $125 or more). We currently ship within the United States only.

Divoire is a home décor studio, not only a 3D print shop. Our tissue boxes, cable boxes, clocks, signs and switch plates are drawn in our Havertown, Pennsylvania studio and 3D printed to order in matte PLA (glossy options in PETG), then cleaned and finished by hand — fine layer lines are part of the material’s character. Alongside them we offer pieces we don’t print: clear glass cylinder vases, real rabbit fur wrapped vases and genuine rabbit fur pelts, with more to come. Each product page says which is which.

Yes. Most pieces let you pick from a palette of matte shades — the exact colors are listed on each product page. Tissue boxes come with two lids: choose the shell and lid colors from the menus, and use the Second Lid Color field to give the spare lid its own shade or match it to the first.

Dimensions for every piece are listed on its product page. Square and rectangular covers slip over the standard box sizes named on the page; round pods hold loose tissues that you refill, rather than a cardboard box.

Signs and letters are made to your text — enter it on the product page. For other requests, such as a different size or a color combination you don’t see, send us a message below and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Printed pieces are made in your chosen colors, so we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on them once production has begun. Glass vases can be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery (return shipping paid by you). Fur is final sale. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello.divoire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators and hot cars — the material can soften above about 55 °C / 130 °F. Not dishwasher safe.
